Lower taxes will help small business and the economy. We need to make the tax structure such that it is a
no-brainer to build factories here in the U.S. We compete against countries with lower tax rates.
Keep it simple - cut tax rates below 25%.

Clinton cut the capital gains tax rate and revenue went wildly up.
