Marlin Steel's Cleaning Basket #1176003 is used by a leader in the ceramic manufacturing industry. The basket is designed to have the capability to go inside an ultrasonic cleaning tank, to ensure extreme cleanliness and quality. The handles on the basket made it excellent for transport, whether it's by machine or worker. Even though the basket can be custom, this particular cleaning basket is 22"x16"x9".

The basket material choice this particular client chose was white plastic, although each basket can be tailored to suit your specific need. There are many different material choices, such as 316 stainless steel, 304 stainless steel and plain steel. This basket is used inside of an ultrasonic cleaning tank, but is not subject to the extensive vibration and abuse of ultrasonic cleaning processes. This basket goes through a cleaning process that exposes it to 150F degrees for up to five minutes at a time.
