Press Brake Operator – Second Shift

Pay: $21–$31/hr

Hours: 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM

We are looking for a skilled Press Brake Operator to join our team for the second shift. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience and be responsible for reading blueprints and processing materials with a press brake machine.

Key Responsibilities
Machine Setup and Operation:
  • Read and interpret blueprints and work orders.
  • Set up press brake machines (dies, gauges, controls).
  • Operate machines to bend, shape, or cut metal components.
Quality Assurance:
  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
  • Use measuring tools like calipers and gauges to check accuracy.
Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
  • Perform routine maintenance (cleaning, lubrication).
  • Identify and fix minor mechanical issues.
Safety Compliance:
  • Follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE.
  • Ensure safe operation of all equipment.
Documentation and Reporting:
  • Keep accurate records of materials, production output, and issues.
  • Report progress and problems to supervisors.
Qualifications:
  • 1–3 years of press brake experience.
  • Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Basic mechanical skills and understanding of machine operations.
  • Forklift operation experience is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
  • Stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.

MIG/TIG Welder and Fabricator

Pay: $23–$30/hr

Hours: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

We are seeking an experienced MIG/TIG Welder and Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate will work with various materials to produce high-quality components.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Operate equipment like MIG/TIG welders, resistance welders, press brakes, and other tools.
  • Work with materials such as mild steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and measurements for accuracy.
  • Perform minor maintenance on machines and troubleshoot issues.
  • Inspect and verify workpieces for quality and accuracy.
  • Report errors or defects in production.
Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in MIG/TIG welding and resistance welding.
  • Experience with stainless steel, plain steel, and aluminum.
  • Ability to use measuring tools like micrometers and tape measures.
  • Mechanical knowledge and willingness to learn new techniques.
  • Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
Physical Requirements:
  • Lift and move materials as needed.
  • Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
