Drew Greenblatt: A lot of people should pursue exporting. It’s 20% of our revenue, so that our employees have more ballast. They don’t care if they’re making wire baskets or sheet metal fabrications for a client in Duluth or a client in Montreal—they just want to keep on having a secure job and health insurance. And I think that this is a great avenue for America to pursue.
As you mentioned before, only 1% of American companies export. In Germany, uh, 41% of their GDP is focused on exporting out of their country, and America is only 11%. Uh, Canada is 28%.
So, we could certainly hit President Obama’s goals, I believe. I—I think that, uh, doubling in five years is very attainable. And if we—if we were to accomplish that, we would kill the recession.
